Modern trail geometry with more confidence on rough terrain
NS Bikes Eccentric Lite 2 feels very different from a typical XC hardtail. The geometry is longer, slacker and more trail-focused, which makes the bike feel calmer and more stable on fast sections.
The 66.5° head angle improves confidence on descents and keeps the front end more stable on roots, rocks and rougher trails. At higher speed the bike stays predictable instead of nervous.
The short 420 mm chainstay keeps the bike responsive for a 29er. Manuals feel easier, the rear wheel lifts quicker over obstacles and the bike reacts faster in tighter corners.
With a 435 mm reach in size M, the riding position feels more centered and balanced. That makes it easier to control the bike when the trail gets steeper or more technical.
29” wheels and Schwalbe Nobby Nic tyres
The 29” wheels roll smoothly through roots, rocks and rough terrain while carrying speed more efficiently on longer rides.
Schwalbe Nobby Nic 29x2.35” tyres provide strong grip on loose surfaces and better cornering confidence on natural trails and forest terrain.
The RST Alpha fork with 120 mm travel absorbs smaller impacts well and gives enough support for more aggressive trail riding.
Shimano Deore 1x10 drivetrain for everyday trail riding
The Shimano Deore 1x10 drivetrain feels simple, reliable and easy to maintain. The 11-42T cassette gives enough range for climbing and faster flat sections without overcomplicating the setup.
The 30T crankset matches the trail character of the bike really well and helps maintain a comfortable cadence on technical climbs.
Shimano MT200 hydraulic brakes deliver predictable braking power and good modulation, making speed control easier on steeper descents.
