Choosing the right size and scooter can make or break your trick progression. What seems like an easy decision depends on your preferences, skills, and body proportions.
So, what’s the ideal height of a stunt scooter?
Aside from the chart, one thing is certain – the handlebar shouldn’t be too tall, or you’ll struggle to control it while doing tricks. If it’s too high, it’ll feel heavy and frustrating. Too low, and your posture will suffer. The same goes for the deck – too big feels bulky, too small leaves you with no space.
Choosing your first scooter is often a shot in the dark. To really know what works for you, you need to ride for a while. The more time you spend on your scooter, the clearer your preferences become.
