Payment methoods

 We accept the following payment methods, based on your billing country/region and the currency in which you want to pay
(Direct Bank transfers, Online Bank transfers, Credit Cards, Paypal). We do not accept payment using Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.

- SOFORT/KLARNA: online payments. (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Slovakia)

- Paypal: service that enables you to pay, send money, and accept payments. Required Paypal account. Credit card, debit card payments without registration.

- Braintree: Credit card payment (debit cards, prepaid cards) is via external payment service PayPal (Europe). There is no need for a PayPal account.

- Direct Bank transfers (currency: EUR, GBP, USD, PLN)

- We do not accept cash on delivery

The order will be sent upon receipt of payment. We will also inform you about the change of status by e-mail.

1. Traditional Bank Transfer

This payment method is for customers who prefer to log in to their online banking manually, visit a bank branch, or use a post office. After placing an order, you will receive an email with our bank account number. Please transfer the appropriate amount to the given account. Once the payment is credited, your order will be processed for dispatch.

If you wish to make a bank transfer in a currency other than Euro or PLN, please contact us – we will provide the appropriate account number for your chosen currency.

2. Cash on Delivery

Payment in cash to the courier upon delivery. This option is only available for orders shipped within Poland. DPD couriers also accept card payments at the door.

3. BLIK

Pay, transfer, and withdraw using your phone via the BLIK app.

4. Online Payments / Payment Cards

SHOPER online payments allow you to pay by credit or debit card, as well as via pay-by-link (online transfers), which redirects you to your bank's payment page with pre-filled details. Online payments are processed by Blue Media S.A.

5. PAYPAL

Online transfers and card payments without the need for a PayPal account.

6. Installment Payments

a) Alior Bank

Service provided via Alior Bank in cooperation with SHOPER Payments.

b) Credit Agricole

Service provided by Credit Agricole Bank.
