Every year I pull the same stunt. While running around planning and hunting for gifts, I completely forget that I still need time for delivery. Then I end up sprinting between local shops and grabbing whatever’s left on the shelves. Total chaos.
So this year, for my own peace of mind and yours, I’m checking the answer to one simple question right away:
Will my parcel arrive before Christmas?
This season you really need to keep an eye on deadlines, because the delivery window is shorter than usual. Every hour counts.
RMDBike ships at lightning speed, and customers constantly praise us for record-fast delivery times.
But…
Shipping is one thing. Remember that before the courier picks up your package, we still need to pack it. Our warehouse crew is working full throttle, steam practically rising from their heads, but we still need a moment. Don’t wait until the last minute, because your parcel has to reach the courier or the Parcel Locker before their cut-off time.
DPD — how long can you wait and still get your parcel before Christmas?
Domestic shipments: the last safe day to ship is 21 December 2025.
International shipments: the safe limit is 16 December 2025.
The closer you get to these dates, the less room for error there is. It’s better to click “order now” a day earlier than to stare nervously at the tracking page.
InPost — what’s the final order date for Christmas delivery?
InPost states clearly that all parcels sent in their network by 22 December 2025, before cut-off times at 13:00 or 16:00 (depending on the locker or point), should arrive before Christmas.
This is the very last safe date, but December loves surprises, so it’s still better not to push it.
Polish Post — last safe deadlines
Poczta Polska declares that parcels posted on 21 December 2025 should reach the recipient by 23 December.
Parcels posted on 22 December 2025 still have a high chance of arriving — around 92–94.5% — if sent before 15:00 at a post office or 17:00 to a courier.
This is the emergency option for last-minute shoppers, but the risk goes up by the hour. Christmas won’t wait.
Most common questions customers ask before Christmas
Will my parcel definitely arrive on time?
If you place your order at RMDBike before the deadlines for DPD, InPost and Polish Post, then yes. After these dates we still ship quickly, but without delivery guarantees.
Which courier is the fastest in December?
Most often, Parcel Lockers. The package goes straight into the locker without waiting for a courier to knock on your door. DPD and Polish Post are reliable too, as long as the parcel is sent early enough.
Is it worth ordering a day or two earlier?
Absolutely. That extra day gives you more certainty, less stress and a calmer head.
