Description
Ethic V2 SCS Shim Standard is a pro scooter adapter that lets you run an IHC slit bar with an SCS compression setup.
Ethic V2 SCS Shim Standard key features
- Purpose: IHC to SCS conversion
- Compatibility: 31.8 mm slit bars
- Bar materials: aluminium, steel and titanium
- Use: custom pro scooter setups
Simple way to switch from IHC to SCS
Ethic V2 SCS Shim Standard allows you to use a slit scooter bar designed for IHC together with an SCS compression system.
It is a useful option when upgrading or rebuilding a custom pro scooter without replacing the whole bar setup.
The shim fits bars with a 31.8 mm inner diameter made from aluminium, steel or titanium.
Once installed correctly, it sits very tight and can be difficult to remove later. Which is honestly better than discovering your bar suddenly developed trust issues halfway through a session.
