Bar ends protect the handlebar from dents and cracks during crashes, keep grips securely in place and prevent sharp edges from injuring your hands.
Replace them whenever they are cracked, loose or badly worn. Active riders usually change bar ends every few months to keep full protection.
Most bar ends are made to fit standard stunt scooter handlebars, but check the product description to be sure they match your bar inner diameter or material.
Aluminum bar ends are stronger and last longer, while nylon or mixed materials are lighter and easier to install. Choose based on riding style and weight preference.
Remove the old bar ends with a hex key or by prying them out. Clean the handlebar ends, then push or tap the new bar ends into place. Tighten if needed so they stay secure.
