Returns & Complaints

Withdrawal from the Contract

If you’re a so-called privileged buyer, meaning:

A) a consumer

or

B) an individual for whom the contract with us is directly related to your business activity, but not of a professional nature

– you are generally entitled to withdraw from a distance contract.

You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal — for example, by email to: [email protected].

How long do I have to return an item on RMDBike?

You have 365 days to withdraw from the contract, provided the product is unused.

The withdrawal period begins:

  • for goods — from the moment you or someone you designated (other than the courier) takes possession of the product; if the contract covers multiple items delivered separately or in parts — from the moment you take possession of the last item, batch, or part;
  • for digital content — from the date the contract is concluded.

Sending your withdrawal statement before the deadline is enough to meet the time limit.

Return the product to: Usługowa 17, 15-521 Zaścianki, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.

Your payment will be refunded promptly, in accordance with our store’s Terms & Conditions, but no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal statement.

If we haven’t offered to collect the product ourselves, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or proof of its shipment — whichever comes first.

Note: You cannot withdraw from the contract in certain cases, including:

  • goods made to order or customized for you — e.g. cut/modified handlebars, assembled scooters or bikes. The fee for assembling or modifying them is non-refundable;
  • goods that perish quickly or have a short shelf life;
  • sealed goods that cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons;
  • sealed audio/video recordings or software if unsealed after delivery;
  • digital content not supplied on a physical medium, where:
    • you gave prior and explicit consent to start the service,
    • you were informed that this voids your right to withdraw, and acknowledged it,
    • we provided confirmation of the agreement and your consent on a durable medium before the service started.

How do I return a product?

a) Follow these steps:

  1. Fill out and print the return form.
  2. If you paid cash on delivery, include your bank account number and account holder details for the refund.
  3. Pack the product, preferably in the original packaging — especially for scooters or bikes.
  4. Secure the item well to avoid damage during shipping.
  5. Send the parcel using any method you prefer.
  6. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.
  7. Once we receive the item, we’ll verify its contents and issue a refund if everything’s okay.
  8. We have 14 days to process the refund, but we usually do it sooner (though not always).
  9. We typically handle refunds on Wednesdays and Fridays. Please wait 14 days from when we receive your return before contacting us about the refund.
  10. The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used.

Complaints

The information below applies to so-called privileged buyers. If this does not apply to you, check our Terms & Conditions for full complaint procedures.

If we don’t fulfil our contract correctly, you can file a complaint— ideally via email to [email protected] or by post to 17 Usługowa Street , 15-521 Zaścianki.

PRODUCTS

We are responsible for any non-conformity of goods with the contract that existed at the time of delivery and became apparent within two years.

Under consumer protection law, you may request:

a) replacement of the product

or

b) repair of the product

In some cases, you may also:

a) withdraw from the contract

or

b) request a price reduction

DIGITAL CONTENT

We are responsible for any non-conformity of digital content that existed at the time of delivery and became apparent within two years.

If the content is non-compliant, you can request:

a) correction to bring it into conformity

or in some cases:

b) a price reduction

or

c) withdrawal from the contract

To file a complaint, follow these steps:

  1. Download the complaint form and fill it in (printing not required).
  2. Describe the issue: what happened and how.
  3. Take close-up photos of the defect and one of the entire product.
  4. Optionally, record a video if photos don’t show the problem clearly.
  5. Email everything to [email protected] — form, photos/video.
  6. Do not return the item yet. We’ll contact you if needed.
  7. We’ll respond within 14 days.
  8. We aim to resolve things quickly and in your favor, but the final decision is usually made by the manufacturer.
  9. Thanks for your patience!

Damaged delivery complaint

Please don’t send parcels to us with cash-on-delivery (COD) payment. They will not be accepted.
Complaints are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
