How to customize a tooth guard

boil the water and let it sit for 50 sec before submerging the tooth guard
take the protection out of the water with a teaspoon, dry it and place it on the upper teeth (the protector should be warm)
bite your teeth lightly with a protection on them (you will get rid of air and excess water)
leave the mouthgard in the mouth for 30 sec, then take it out and put it in cold water
if the mouthgard does not fit, repeat the process
if the mouthgard is too big you can cut the ends
