Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Campaign “22nd Anniversary of RMDBike”

1. General Information

These terms and conditions define the rules for participation in the promotional campaign conducted in the RMDBike online store. The campaign is of a promotional nature and is not a lottery or a game of chance within the meaning of applicable law.

2. Organizer

The organizer of the promotional campaign is ARM Robert Maczyński sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Zaścianki, ul. Usługowa 17, 15-521 Zaścianki, Poland, VAT ID: 9662177937, e-mail address: [email protected], hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.

3. Campaign Period

The promotional campaign runs from February 1, 2026 to February 28, 2026. The selection of Winners will take place by the end of March 2026.

4. Participants

A participant in the campaign may be an adult with full legal capacity who, during the campaign period, makes a purchase in the RMDBike store and meets the conditions set out in these terms and conditions.

5. Rules of Participation

Participation in the campaign requires the joint fulfillment of the following conditions:

• making a purchase in the RMDBike store during the campaign period,
• payment for the order and its successful completion,
• sending an e-mail message to [email protected] containing the following declaration:

“I consent to participate in the promotional campaign ‘22nd Anniversary of RMDBike’ and accept its terms and conditions.”

It is sufficient to include the above declaration in the body of the e-mail. The declaration does not need to be handwritten, signed, scanned, or sent as an attachment.

Each order that meets the conditions is treated as one entry in the campaign.

6. Prizes

As part of the promotional campaign, 22 non-cash prizes are provided:

• 2 main prizes – MGP brand stunt scooters,
• 20 additional prizes, including but not limited to: kendamas, grips, grip tape, T-shirts, wheels, scooter decks, helmets, socks, and other sports accessories.

The MGP scooter models will be determined after consultation with the Winners, in order to match the equipment to their height, age, and preferences.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or for other products.

7. Selection of Winners

The Organizer will select 22 Winners from among the Participants who meet the conditions set out in these terms and conditions. The selection is discretionary and is not a random draw.

The Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

8. Announcement of Results and Contact

The Winners will be informed about the awarded prizes by e-mail. In the event of no response within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select another Participant.

9. Returns and Withdrawal from Participation

A Participant taking part in the promotional campaign acknowledges that returning an order placed during the campaign period results in the loss of the right to participate in the campaign and to receive a prize.

10. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be shipped to the Winners by the end of March 2026 to the addresses provided by the Winners.

The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect address details provided by the Winners.

11. Organizer’s Liability

The Organizer is not liable for events beyond its control, in particular technical issues, interruptions in the operation of the store, delays on the part of courier companies, or inability to contact a Participant.

12. Personal Data

The Organizer is the controller of the Participants’ personal data. The data are processed solely for the purpose of conducting the promotional campaign and delivering prizes, in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations.

13. Right to Exclude

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude a Participant who violates these terms and conditions or acts in a manner contrary to the purpose of the campaign.

14. Amendments

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions during the campaign period, provided that it does not adversely affect the situation of the Participants.

15. Governing Law and Court

Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Organizer’s registered office.

16. Final Provisions

Participation in the promotional campaign means acceptance of these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are available on the RMDBike store website.
