This gum shield can be moulded to your teeth, for an easy-to-use comfortable fit unique to your mouth.
How to customize a tooth guard
- boil the water and let it sit for 50 sec before submerging the tooth guard
- take the protection out of the water with a teaspoon, dry it and place it on the upper teeth (the protector should be warm)
- bite your teeth lightly with a protection on them (you will get rid of air and excess water)
- leave the mouthgard in the mouth for 30 sec, then take it out and put it in cold water
- if the mouthgard does not fit, repeat the process
- if the mouthgard is too big you can cut the ends
