Introduction

1. These rules define the terms of the giveaway held on https://rmdbike.com/, hereinafter the “Promotional Action” or “Giveaway”.
2. Any person who meets the participation requirements described in these rules is considered a participant.
3. The Organizer is ARM Robert Maczyński sp. z o.o., ul. Usługowa 17, 15 521 Zaścianki, registered in the National Court Register under number 0001037907, NIP 9662177937, REGON 525401758, share capital PLN 500000.00, BDO 000059138, e mail: [email protected].
4. The Giveaway runs from 07.11.2025 to 30.11.2025. Results will be announced on 06.12.2025.

Rules of the Promotional Action

1. The Giveaway is open to RMDBike.com customers from all countries where RMDBike provides delivery.
2. To participate you must:
   • make any purchase on RMDBike.com between 7 and 30 November 2025,
   • publish a photo or story on your public Instagram account by 5 December 2025 with a shout out to the RMDBike crew or showing your purchase,
   • tag @rmdbike and add hashtags #RMDBike, #maddgear or #maddgearpro.
3. Tagging @rmdbike and publishing the content as described in item 2 constitutes a valid entry.
4. The participant’s Instagram account must be public so the Organizer can verify the entry.
5. The Organizer may request the order number, purchase e mail or other proof of purchase.
6. If the order used for entering the Giveaway is fully returned, the entry becomes invalid.
7. A participant may submit multiple entries but can win only once.
8. Entries may not contain content that is offensive, vulgar, hateful, discriminatory, illegal or that violates third party rights. Such entries will be removed from the Giveaway.

Prizes and Schedule

1. The Giveaway runs from 07.11.2025 to 30.11.2025. Entries may be published until 05.12.2025.
2. The St. Nicholas Day Final takes place on 06.12.2025. On this day the RMDBike crew will select the winners.
3. Main prizes:
   • Madd Gear MG4 Titan | Black
   • Madd Gear MG6 Kinetic | Neo Black
   • MGP Origin 450 | Steel Blue
4. Special prize: MGP Origin 500 | Laser Flip awarded to the entry that most delights or amuses the RMDBike crew.
5. The Organizer may award additional surprise prizes for exceptional creativity.
6. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties.
7. Prizes will be shipped after 12.12.2025 at the Organizer’s cost to all countries where RMDBike delivers.
8. All tax obligations are borne by the winner according to the law of their country.

Winner Selection and Announcement

1. Winners are selected by the RMDBike crew. Entries are evaluated based on idea, authenticity, vibe and creativity.
2. The results will be published on 06.12.2025 on RMDBike social media profiles and on RMDBike.com.

Participant Declarations

1. By publishing an entry and tagging @rmdbike, the participant:
   • declares that they have read and accept these rules,
   • declares that they hold full rights to the materials and that the materials do not violate third party rights including image rights,
   • agrees to the free use of the materials by the Organizer for RMDBike promotional purposes on social media, the website and marketing materials without territorial limits for the duration of the Giveaway and for three years after,
   • in the case of minor participants declares they have parental or guardian consent and that such consent will be provided on request to [email protected],
   • agrees to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the Giveaway including verification, contact and prize shipping.

Complaints

1. A participant may file a complaint if the Giveaway was carried out in violation of these rules.
2. Complaints must be submitted within 30 days after the Giveaway ends by e mail to [email protected] or by post to the Organizer’s address.
3. A complaint must include contact details and a description of the issue. The Organizer will review the complaint within 30 days and inform the participant of the result.

Personal Data

1. The data controller is ARM Robert Maczyński sp. z o.o. Data is processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for conducting the Giveaway and under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR for tax purposes. With marketing consent Article 6(1)(a) GDPR applies.
2. Data is stored for the duration of the Giveaway and the time required for claims and accounting. Winner data may be stored for up to five years after the tax year ends.
3. Participants have the right to access, rectify, restrict, object or delete data as provided by law and the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

Final Provisions

1. The Organizer may amend the rules for valid reasons. Any changes will be published on RMDBike.com.
2. The Organizer may verify the authenticity of entries and participant data and may refuse to award a prize in cases of rule violations.
3. Matters not regulated by these rules are governed by Polish law.
4. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram. Instagram is released from any liability towards participants.
